Shannon Snyder hails from Flint, MI. She is majoring in Organic Production in the Department of Plant Sciences at UT. She interned at Beardsley Farm in 2011, sparking her interest in organic and small-scale agriculture. Shannon aspires to have a small farm/garden someday. She also works part-time at the Bistro on Gay St., downtown Knoxville. |
