Sarah is the Graduate Research Assistant for the Organic and Sustainable Agriculture program at UT. Her studies focus on conservation tillage, cover crops and living mulches.

Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at UNC-Asheville, earning a BS in Psychology. She spent two years in upstate NY where she apprenticed in the vegetable garden of an Organic, certified Biodynamic farm working with adults with special needs.

Sarah’s interests include No-Till, Horticultural Therapy, farmscaping and integrated pest management.
